How can I assist more experienced investors?

I'm a new real estate newbie , who is just starting out. Can anyone give me some ideas on what I can do to be of assistance to more experienced investors who have money? 

I know that my share of profits will be smaller. I just need ways to make their lives much more easier because I'm around
