Recommendations for real-estate investing books

Hi. What is the one book you guys recommend I read that is a guide for growing wealth through real estate, specifically rental properties?  We recently bought our first multi-family. I'm curious to read about strategies for investing and purchasing future properties. I don't want to over-do it...I just want to keep investing in the smartest way possible. So some tips and tricks from a reputable text would be helpful. Thanks!!!
