PHX guy trying to wholesale WA home

Hey gang just wanted some help on a deal I am working on. I have a house in Seattle suburb that I am wanting to wholesale. But I normally do this in PHX so wanted to see if #'s and such are same or different in Lynnwood, WA. Any Seattleites who flip or sell to people who flip willing to help a guy out?!
