@Lynette Croschere, you do NOT want "creative" ideas for eviction. You want to follow the laws, which are decidedly uncreative.

Speak to a local attorney who specialized in evictions. Don't try to save a dollar and end up costing yourself months of time. The judge won't look kindly on your creative eviction, and some states even make you pay triple damages to the wronged party.

Don't get creative, follow the laws. Have an attorney help you out. Maybe @Dawn Anastasi or @Ramon Jenkins have a recommendation for an eviction attorney?
