Flipper/Realtor/Landlord from Memphis and Phoenix

Hi Everyone,

As an avid reader/visitor to these forums, I want to finally introduce myself to all of you. I'm currently a licensed agent in Phoenix (I work will all types of buyers/sellers, especially investors), I have a rental portfolio in Memphis, and I do fix & flips around the country. 

My recent flip closed on Friday and I walked away with a $121K+ profit after doing all of the work myself (other than the roof and panel). I'm going to write a separate post on this project as it's my best project to date (I bought it for $31K!). 

I'm hoping to parlay this success into my next project and a few downpayments as I use my flips to fund my rental portfolio. My ultimate goal is to surpass $50K/month in passive income in the next 10 years. 

Besides the next round of rentals and flips, I'm looking to build my team. I envision a hybrid approach with people in both Phoenix and Memphis. If you're close to either of these areas, I'd love to connect with you!
