Hi BP community from New York City!

I am Thu Lai. I have lived in New York City for the past 6 years in Queens and various neighborhoods in Manhattan. I work in the financial services in a high impact, high pressure job. I like my job and the people that I work with, but it's still a 9-5 and will not get me out of the rat race. And that's the reason why I started looking into real estate investing and other asset building forms. I want to eventually have financial freedom and be able to spend time with family & friends and explore my other hobbies. A friend introduced me to the BP podcast which I started listening to and got completely hooked. Needless to say I am new to BP and real estate investing, but what I lack in experience, I make up for in working hard and being relentless in learning.
