Hello from the Charlotte/Lake Wylie Area

Greetings everyone from the Charlotte, NC & Lake Wylie, SC area. I have been fixing and flipping homes in the area for the past 6 years. I have been doing this part time while holding down a full time job. I was recently laid off and feel this is my opportunity to rehab full time. I have a degree in Interior Design and feel that has been a huge benefit in rehabbing. I have made it a point to learn how to do much of the work myself and enjoy putting my own sweat equity into the properties.

I know there are many challenges ahead, but I welcome them and hope that I can move forward with making this a full time career. I just stumbled on this site last night and I am thrilled to be here.
