$135.03 to repair mailbox post that was loose

Hi, BPers, I am a out of state investor with a SFH for rent in Indy. I'm recently charged $135.03 by PM for repairing mailbox post that was loose. I think it's too expensive, and don't know what is the proper way to deal with this. The PM usually charge $100-$200 every two months for small repairs, and is otherwise perfect as they never bothered me. Think I can get some help from here. Any though would be appreciated.

I'd call up the PM, and in a lighthearted manner ask about the details. Maybe there is a good reason for it.
