QUESTIONS TO ASK SPONSORING BROKER BEFORE SIGNING AN AGREEMENT

Hi BP family,

I wanted to ask what are some good questions to ask a sponsoring broker before signing an agreement with them? I have a few questions but I wanted to see if there's anything I need to be sure to ask. I want to focus on investor companies because i want to invest myself so are there specific things i need to look for in a RE company. Thanks for your help
