Short sales in South Western Virginia

Does anybody invest in Floyd/ Willis County Virginia? I have a VERY motivated seller who wants me to do a short sale there. The problem is 1 I live very far 2. I've never done a short sale. I promised the Seller I would ask around for anybody that might be interested.. Her house is about 30 minutes from Blacksburg, Va (Virginia Tech). Anybody have any advice/ Want to do a short sale in the area?
