Hello to the Bigger Pockets Community! My name is Michael Carpenter, I'm a 22 year-old aspiring Real Estate Investor looking for mentorship and investment opportunities in the East Texas/Dallas/Shreveport markets. My short-term goal is to learn as much as possible about the different niches within the Real Estate Industry and begin to focus my energy towards being excellent in one area. My long-term goals are being updated daily, but generating enough passive income to retire early and travel the world are definitely at the top of the list. My only experience in the industry consist of academic study but I look forward to changing that with the help of this wonderful community. GEAUX TIGERS!
