Hello all,

My name is Ashley Gaudette. I am brand new to investing! I am closing on my first duplex on October 15th. I'm looking for any and all advice on how to manage a successful duplex property and how to branch out for future investments. My current background is in social work and so I'm looking forward to using my skill set that I already possess in connecting with tenants.
