Need help with an experienced House Flipper to partner up.

Hi, I'm looking for a experienced house flipper in Contra Costa County. This is my first time starting to do a house flip. So I want to partner up with an experienced flipper who can show me the ropes of this business. I've a friend who is willing to provide with the necessary financing to start off in flipping. I'm an Agent too so once we are done, i can list the house too. I would like to discuss of any possibilities, if any one is interested.

Just be weary of who you place your trust in, do your due diligence on the individual.
