Hi, I'm a new Investor in Redding, Ca

Hello, I'm 20 and have loved Real Estate since I was little. Just started reading one day about investing and it just made sense to me that I want to start! So right now I'm starting out as a wholesaler here in Redding, Ca until I have enough to start flipping houses but Like I said I'm new and would love to here a lot of advice! Or step by step procedures of what goes on, personnel story's, what I should prepare for? pretty much anything to help me get started! Thank you!
