Any young man succusful in real estate?

Hey guys i'm looking for some motivation about a young man being truly successful in real estate. I'm just a newbie who is looking to buy my first property but would really love to hear about a young person going into real estate and being successful. Thanks a million.

I'm not sure if I qualify as succesfull yet, but I am only 24 and own 5 properties 3 are paid off and I started at the age of 21.

Define "young" and "successful".  There are many people on these forums (including many successful, young women).  Everybody defines success differently and young is all about perspective.  Whatever it is you're looking for, I'm sure it's here on BP!
