Somewhat New Investor in Charlotte, North Carolina

I'm a somewhat new investor from Virginia, but now in the Charlotte, North Carolina market which is now home. I finally took the leap to make a profile on Bigger Pockets!!...over the past couple years, I've listened to every single pod cast and have read a ton of posts in the forums.  I have so much more to learn and I hope to talk and get to know many of you!!
