I'm new to real estate investing and currently focusing on specializing in wholesale/assignments, and want to implement other real estate investing strategies in the future such as:

*owner financing (3 year lease to own, followed by a 30 year mortgage)

*buy/hold 

Etc.

I am also looking to network with real estate investors as well!
