Anyone know if there is a Florida Real Estate Sample Test?

I am currently taking an online class in preparation to take the FL real estate sales associate exam. Does anyone know if there is a sample test available anywhere? I really want to pass the first time!

yes, I took the cram class. Pretty sure that is the only reason I passed the exam. I highly recommend it!

I just want to say thank you to everyone for your advice. I took my test today and passed on the first try!! I ended up taking the Climer cram class and that was so helpful. I would not have passed if I had not taken the class. Thanks again for all your help!

I took my test about 2 weeks ago and passed.

The practice exam and math practice at

Climer school real estate was a great help.  I took the real estate express class online.  So between the online class material and the climer practice information was all I used.  Climer also have YouTube math problems that they go in great detail.

Pearson Vue is the private company that will be giving the test.  They also have a practice exam but it cost $25.00 I think.

The State test was actually easier than the climer practice exam.  Good luck!

Most of the question the answer will jump out at you in you know the info. I would always say read all the question before picking the out what you think it right. Sometime there is a better right answer.

Sample question is

If broker Beth works with broker Bob and they own ABC realty. They have sale person Alex. Alex sells condos for the company.  Beth and Bob decide they don't want to be partners anymore and close ABC realty but Beth would like to open a office and be partner with sales person Alex. Can Beth do this?

Yes

No

Yes only is Alex is a silent partner

There is nothing wrong with what she is doing.

I have like 2 question that i wrote down that I didn't know and wanted to check out. But I can't seem to find time.

Let me tell you what I did. The week of the exam. I took a cram class in person in my home town they guy went over everything from page 1 to the last page hit all the keys of the state exam. Do get hung up on the math. I had 3 or 4 math question. I dont stress about it.

@ShawnMaxey my wife and sister in law are sitting for the exam this week and have been studying their butts off.  Question for you as someone who has passed, would you say that the test in general is more logical and the correct answer will jump out at you given their good study habits or is the test in general more "tricky" like some of those pre-calculus tests we all remember and the first gut response answer may not be the correct one based on a small detail.

My favorite example is: Your driving a bus with 10 people on it, at the first stop 7 get on and 4 get off.  At the 2nd stop 3 get on and 4 get off.  Q: How old is the bus driver?  That kind of tricky "gotcha" is what I'm hoping they can avoid.

@Joy Hardin Also I did mine in the afternoon. I felt like I would be rushing in the morning and traffic and everything that goes on in the morning. Took it at 1:30 pm right after a good lunch.
