Investor friendly title companies in Mobile, Al
I've been investing and flipping homes in Florida for 10 years. I've expanded into the Mobile, Al market, and I've gotten my first property under contract. I need a good referral for a good investor friendly title company. Please reach out if you have one.

Crane Title is about the most investor friendly company you will find in Mobile. Surety Land Title does a lot with investors also but Crane Title is a smaller firm who is owned by a lawyer (Andrew Crane) who has investment properties of his own. He works with a lot of the smaller community banks also which can help you with loans and such. Good luck!
