Hello Everyone,

Can anyone recommend a reliable Commercial Mortgage Broker that can handle loans in Baton Rouge, Louisiana? I'm looking for someone that can assess deals and find the best loan products available.

The type of loan would be for an apartment building with the following specs:

Units: 5-20

Situation: Value Add

Amount: 300,000 to 2,000,000

It's recommended that the broker be familiar with creative financing strategies (I.E Seller Carry)
