22yr old investor in maryland
i am 22 and really interested in real-estate investing, i have my first investment as a rental. Really looking for advice for locations in maryland and possible realtors in those locations. i am looking for a good flip for my second investment to help with financing more rentals. also interested in any advise from any experienced investor in maryland.

There are good locations all over the state. Just as important as the location is the quality of the deal. A bad deal in a good location is still a bad deal.
