Furnishing Appliances in a Rental Unit...
Hi!
New to buying investment properties (in the Charlotte, NC area) for rentals….
My latest unit is without a dishwasher, fridge, or oven.
I've heard there are good, low-priced alternatives to buying new top-of-the-line appliances for rental units, and would love to hear opinions and get advice on this….Thank you!

What type of tenants are you trying to attract? The appliances should match the level of your buildings. $2100 for a 1 BR should have REALLY nice GE or better appliances in it.
$1500 for a 3 bedroom rental to students: get a $250 used oven from ReStore or someplace like that.
