How do I generate quality leads to wholesale?

Question

Im new to the Real estate business but i have a hunger that drives me to learn more and more about this business. Ive recently been looking for properties on craigslist for about 2 months haven't had much luck all the motivated sellers seem to be real estate agents. Im looking into probate leads as an alternative lead source but my questions is how is that i get my phone ringing for quality leads?
