Retail Center investor in Ohio

I have been a restaurant owner for 17 years and I own the strip center that my restaurant is located in.  I am planning to expand my current strip center in the future.  I am very interested in learning as much I can learn about real estate.  I recently was able to acquire a cell tower on my property after negotiating for over two years.  I would be happy to help others who have have been contacted by a cell tower company or wireless provider.
