Curious learner, 2x landlord, and vendor in Atlanta

Hi everyone

I have 2 rentals currently and love hearing and learning how others find, evaluate, and manage their properties.   I'm mostly interested in buy & hold's.  

I've run the country's largest background screening firms for years, now working on my own and loving it.
