Confused with the estimated Total Monthly Payment

I've been trying to contact my lender but haven't gotten the answer. So I'm reaching out my BP members :)

My questions is based on this estimation, is my monthly paymnet $1070.42 or will it be $1070.42 + $285.15= $1355,57....
