purchase investment properties. Hello I have been a New Home Sales Agent in Southern Ca since 1998.  I also do a few resells a year. I am looking forward to investing in rental properties when I learn enough  to understand how  the game is played.  I am soooooooooooo hoping  Bigger Pockets  is going to educate me on how to do this.  Thank you in advance for any assistance any one you might bring to me.
