Searching for mortgage banker in NYC

Hi, I'm looking for a mortgage banker in NYC that's comfortable working with investors. I'm a first-time investor looking to buy a 2-4 unit property and live in one of the units; preferably with a low-down payment program (FHA or otherwise). Any referrals would be great!
