Newbie in Tucson Arizona. Eager to learn!

My name is Joel and I have recently garnered a rather large interest in real estate investing.  I came across BP while doing some google searches and also their podcast. Wow! Just want to say thank you to BP for the great material and helping hand to the general community FOR FREE. Much appreciated.

I am currently living in Tucson, Arizona. 30 yrs old. Married and loving it.  My goal is to grow my income and supplement my life with wealth other than my W2 job.  Real estate investing seems like a worthy endeavor and I hope to connect and grow with many of you.  I know I have much to learn.
