New member from Wentzville, Missouri!

I have been interested in RE investing for sometime, really wanting to get into flipping houses. I was doing some searching and it brought me to this site. Looks like gurus aren't the way to go, and interested in anyone who can help me learn the things I need to start flipping houses.
