Newb from Fort Worth, Texas area (DFW), looking to learn

Hi, I'm here to learn as much as I can about making good deals on buy and hold properties primarily to begin with.  I'd love to learn more about wholesaling and flips along the way to generate more cash flow but I want to start slow and concentrate on one property at time.  I'd love to meet some people on this site and in my area that I connect with for help, and to share information along the way.
