Investor from North Carolina Triad area

Hello,

I am a relatively new real estate buy and hold investor in the triad area of NC. I grow up with my family owning a couple rental properties and currently have a few myself. I love real estate and what it can offer. I found BP and the podcasts when trying to learn more about how I can turn my love for real estate into a growing business and have enjoyed it very much. My hope is by using BP and networking with others on the site I can become a serious real estate investor and learn all I can in real estate.
