Moving along! One deal down Now on to the next
Happy to announce I closed on my first wholesale deal on the 11th and just got my second deal under contract yesterday. This can be done!! Thankful to BP and this comunity for grooming and motivating me to reach for success despite bumps in the road. Nothing is better than learning and getting paid to learn at the same time. I think newbies that are looking to get into the buisness and looking for mentors should not forget to seek out homes with signs "for rent" these are alot of times veteran investors/landlords that can offer much needed guidance throughout the entire process. That's my advice as this can also turn in to great long term relationships!
