Hello BiggerPockets Community,

I am new to BiggerPockets and Sarasota as I have just moved from Mankato, Minnesota. I have been in Sarasota for about four months now and feeling like I am getting to know the area pretty well. Right now, I'm in the process of buying my first single family rental property which is exciting. Any recommendations or insight on the Sarasota real estate market would be much appreciated!
