My name is Michael Valente and I am a seasoned and passionate real estate investor with a contracting background looking to connect with individuals in the community as well as find value-add properties. I have been involved in Chicago real estate for the past 9 years and own MV Construction, a high-end remodeling company. I am a licensed City of Chicago general contractor as well as a licensed Illinois real estate broker.  I own multiple multi-family properties and am involved in many fix and flip deals at any given moment.
