New member from the Concord, NH area.

Hello Biggerpockets community!

I am a new investor looking to get into the addictive and lucrative (potentially) world of real estate investing. I've spent dozens of hours listening the biggerpockets podcasts and now feel ready to join the online community. My aim right now is to discover who, if anyone, from my area is on this site and what their niches are. In the future my father and I would like to network with wholesalers to begin building our buy and hold portfolio.
