Hard Money Lenders - Chicago, Illinois
I'm finally got my ducks in a row to start searching for my first property to flip. I'm at the chicken before the egg crossroads where I don't have a specific deal on the table but need to find a hard money lender. Hoping to get a recommendation of a couple HML's serving the Northwest and Western Suburbs of Chicago (mainly areas between Park Ridge and Bartlett). Thanks in advance for any recommendations.

Have a good hard money lender you can talk to that I've used before. I'll message you there contact info. If you need help finding that first deal, let me know. I specialize in flips and have a few in my radar in Park Ridge.
