Hello everyone my name is Gail and my partner is Louis.  We are very new to the real estate business.  It is our hope that by joining bigger pockets we will be able to connect with experienced individuals that won't mind sharing some of their knowledge and expertise.  Our present interest are in wholesaling and trying to rehab properties.  Our goal is to develop multiple streams of income that will result in financial freedom.  Eventually we would like to acquire and hold a property that would allow us to open a transitional living program for homeless veterans.
