Need referrals for CPA and/or attorney

Hi All, I am new to investing and want to establish a team to assist me on critical things to help make operations less of a headache down the line. I am in the middle of building my business plan and can really use some help on market analysis, financial projections, tax implications and the best company structure for me. Referrals are greatly appreciated for CPA's and/or attorney who works extensively with investors or at least be pointed in the right direction in directories I could utilize. I primarily intend to invest in the Chicago area so a local referrals are fine as long as they are comfortable managing our relationship remotely most of the time. Thanks!
