TItle Company or a real-Estate Lawyer.

I ask this before i received a couple of answers but i called the ones i was told to call but they did not no anything about (Double closings) or (Assignment options to Buy) or (Assignment Contracts). Does any one no any one that does this in Connecticut. Please help.
