Hi my name is Nicholas Kussman. I'm 22 years old and am just starting my journey into the real estate world! I am looking to learn as much as I possibly can about anything and everything and would love to meet some fellow local investors through Bigger Pockets! I am currently working on assigning contracts in my area but eventually my work will evolve into fix and flips and buy and holds. If you haven’t already checked out the podcasts, I would jump on that!! They are full of great stuff. Also check out the webinars Brandon Turner does every week.
There are some great local REI groups around the area as well. I highly recommend checking them out and meeting some of your local investors. If you're interested, @Troy Fisher holds a local meet up for BP members in Kirkland. Theres one tonight if you can make it.
