How to keep your house Off Zillow or Trulia

Question

I got an Email from Zillow, they must have gotten a new public records pull, it shows what I paid at Sheriff Sale for a property, Is there a way to get this blocked? Its a flip, and it could mess with my marketing. I really stole the house Im a bit concerned the effect  on future deals too.

hmm; Zillow is a private business. but public records are . . . PUBLIC.  Anyone pulling public records will always see what was filed.  These are immune from editing/manipulations.  Sorry

it's in my LLC already, and that would be a red flag for a end users lender, if it wasn't a flip, I wouldn't care, I considering pulling the listing from them altogether, maybe I'm over thinking it,  I would t care but the gap is just over $100k not that I will make it hat much, but people see it and think I'm ripping people off.

don't know what it is worth to you but you may be able to quitclaim it to your llc to get one more transaction on the books then no one will know what the current buyer paid??

@Scott Schultz I had looked into it a while back.

Only way I found was to record the deed as a $1 or so.

I have seen some listings where the history is wiped out, but nobody can tell me how.

you can edit details in zillow  but not sure if you can change the price
