Hey ladies and Gents, I've just paid off a car loan that had a 6 year term. The only thing is I paid it off 4 years early and apparently my credit score dropped from 715 to 712 on Credit Karma. I found out paying it off reduced my age of history. I have 2 other accounts open which are credit cards and I try to only do 30% of the utilization for both of them.Any tips on getting my score up (750+) because I'm trying to get prepared for a multi-family FHA with the best rates. Anyone with a similar scenario and what steps did you take.

Credit Karma isn't the most accurate credit score. You might want to join My FICO. I have no clue how scoring works it seems there's no rhyme or reason. There's someone on BP that used to work at Experian, hopefully he will see your post and chime in. Good luck!
