Compensation for referring a lead to a realtor

Hi everyone.  I'm a wholesaler in Maryland.  I often have sellers call me who actually have a retail property, rather than investment.  In this case, I refer them to a realtor I work with.  Is there a way for the realtor to legally give me some money for passing the lead to them?  I know I can't get a referral fee, since I'm not a licensed realtor.  However, some investors I know have mentioned the realtor can give a contribution to my marketing campaign.  I'd love to know what's legal in MD.  Thanks!
