Newbie investor from Charlotte, NC

Hi all BPians there, it's great to have an opportunity to connect to & learn from such a huge no.of real-time investors here on BP. I'm pretty confident of materializing my long-term dreams of investing (REI) this year. I've a decent 6figure income & credit score in 760+ range. Would like to seek some specific guidance in coming weeks to help close my 1st deal.

After listening to podcasts of many successful folks here @ BP, I believe I've got at least some characteristics (if not all :) ) to become a successful investor,  so, it's High time to  accumulate all the remaining characteristics & make my dreams come true. :)

PS: I'm really thankful to that random google result which directed me to BP :)  I might've wasted so much time wandering on the internet with no proper sailing direction/s/
