New Member From Connecticut

Greetings all! New member, 36 yrs old, living in Milford, CT.  I've had a long time interest in real estate and I'm looking to expand on my knowledge regarding investing. I have 15 years experience as a project manager in the high-end residential technology industry and I started my own business in a different technology industry a little over two years ago. My short term goals are to complete my first flip, with a long term goal of building an extensive buy and hold rental portfolio. I'm looking forward to learning more with the Bigger Pockets Community and I hope to connect with locals that can share in their experiences and help guide me along the way.
