Turnkey company recommendations in Kansas City
Hi, I'm interested in buy and holds in Kansas City, Kansas and wondering if anyone can recommendation turnkey companies there. I'd prefer people who have buy and holds chime in. I don't need the companies to self-promote:-)

@Brian Huber Just curious why you're not considering the MO side of the state line. Kansas City MO is a more landlord friendly state and has lower insurance rates with better returns in general. I think you'll find most of the turn key companies including my company focus on the MO side.
