I am a Buy & Hold investor living in the Livonia area! I currently have one investment property in the Indianapolis area that I split with my brother, which generates about $500/month cash flow on a $22,000 down payment. I'm looking to grow my knowledge of the industry, and meet and learn from other like minded individuals!
