College for real estate investors
Hi I'm Nathan, I'm 17 and want to become a real estate investor full time but what kind of degree in college should I go for.

A good business degree can go a long way. Mine was a BA in Business Administration (Finance). Basically it covers topics such as accounting, economics, finance, management, real estate etc.
Some people just go straight into a real estate course but I don't think that's the best idea. A general business degree exposes you to several aspects of business and opens more doors than a real estate degree. Plus there may be some other things that you learn and become passionate about. For example there's tons of CPA's on BP that also invest in real estate and you'd find most of them have 4-year degrees.
Personally I went on to get a Masters degree in Real Estate Development. You might find you enjoy design/planning and go on to do a Master of Urban Planning.
