Guidance to start wholesaling the right way

Hi everybody. My husband and I are learning everything we can about passive income, one thing about the real estate attracts us the most is the less volatility and historically increased growth. We like to start with wholesaling and we know having the right guidance will make things smoother. 

So we're here to ask for guidance. If anyone who's succeeded in the wholesaling, can you kindly share your insights, tips, books you've read that help, or any comprehensive program that can be purchased. This would be greatly appreciated.
